Brandon Taylor has been around the law his entire life. His grandfather was a trial lawyer who practiced into his 80s. After college, Brandon worked for trial lawyers in Atlanta for a number of years, before earning a Masters in Public Administration and his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law. While Brandon took graduate and law school classes at night, during the day he represented over 150 Georgia cities and counties, negotiating cable television franchise and rights-of-way agreements with some of the biggest telecom companies in the world. In law school, he clerked for the United States Justice Department, helping to bring civil lawsuits against people and companies believed to be defrauding the government.
Since law school, Brandon has handled thousands of personal injury cases and attended hundreds of mediations. He has also tried multiple cases to juries and arbitrators.
Brandon is a Georgia Super Lawyer in the area of medical malpractice and has handled numerous breast cancer delayed/misdiagnosis, birth injury, surgical error, retained foreign object, stroke, misdiagnosed heart attack and many other kinds of medical negligence cases over his almost 20-year career.
Litigation can be a grueling and full of surprises. Mediation and arbitration can provide much-needed closure and bring certainty to an uncertain situation.
